  1. It is requested to all customers to cancel an order you must contact us ASAP to process the cancellation. Orders usually ship within 24 hours of being placed.
  2. Customer will be charged delivery amount (250/- Karachi & 350/- other cities) if they refused to accept the order.
  3. Once you have placed the order, It can’t be changed. If you want to change anything from the order (address & contact) let us within 24 hours.
  4. All customers will receive an email at the time of placing their order.
  5. We ship orders across Pakistan, delivered at doorstep. All orders shipped through from Monday-Saturday. Delivery within Karachi will take a week and 2 weeks for other cities.
  6. The rider will call every customer at the time of delivery, if customer doesn’t answer the call, the order won’t be delivered.
